Shipping & Packaging

Artwork purchased through Specimen Illustrations is transacted securely through PayPal using either your PayPal balance or any major credit card.

All original artwork and limited edition prints are carefully signed, numbered, packaged, and shipped directly from my home studio. Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (insurance and tracking number included). International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (customs fees not included).

If you prefer an alternate shipping method (Priority Mail International, Express, etc.) email Jenn @ specimenillustrations.com BEFORE placing your order so we can work out the details.

• All artwork will be shipped unframed unless otherwise discussed.
• Small originals and prints (up to ~8.5" x 11") ship flat with a protective polyvinyl sleeve in a slim box or a heavily padded and secure large envelope.
• Large originals and prints ship in a protective polyvinyl sleeve and are rolled in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.

Cancellations & Refunds

Specimen Illustrations is not responsible for any damages made by the United States Postal Service during shipping.  In the unfortunate case that an order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, let me know via email as soon as possible at jenn @ specimenillustrations . com. Refunds can not be guaranteed. Damaged orders will be considered for refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

All return shipping fees will be reimbursed through your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 5 business days depending on your bank. You will have the option of exchanging the damaged piece for another piece of equal value (if available) or be refunded the full amount of your original purchase (excluding initial shipping fees).
